When you connect a social media account (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Facebook Page) to NextClip for the purpose of scheduling, publishing, and measuring the performance of video content, we collect and store only the data necessary to provide that functionality, including:
youtube.readonly scope to display your channel details and the youtube.upload scope to publish scheduled clips directly to your channel. We do not access, store, or share your YouTube watch history, subscriptions, comments, or any data beyond what is needed to upload and manage the videos you explicitly schedule through NextClip.user.info.basic — your TikTok open ID, avatar URL, and display name, used to identify your account and show it in your NextClip dashboardvideo.publish — used at the moment you schedule a post, to publish a finished clip directly to your TikTok profilevideo.upload — used when you choose to send a clip to TikTok as a private draft for further editing inside the TikTok app rather than publishing it directlyvideo.list — used to retrieve the IDs and public performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) of videos that NextClip has published to your account, so we can display analytics in your NextClip dashboard. NextClip uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you also agree to Google's Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage or revoke NextClip's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
NextClip uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. By connecting your TikTok account, you also agree to the TikTok Privacy Policy. You can manage or revoke NextClip's access to your TikTok data at any time from within NextClip, or directly in the TikTok app under Settings and Privacy → Security → Manage Account Permissions.
NextClip uses the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Graph API. By connecting your Instagram or Facebook account, you also agree to Meta's Privacy Policy. You can manage or revoke NextClip's access to your Instagram or Facebook data at any time from within NextClip, or directly via your Meta Business Integrations settings.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Video files you upload are retained for processing and are available in your account for a limited period as specified in your subscription plan. Performance analytics retrieved via connected platform APIs (such as TikTokvideo.listdata or Instagram insights) are retained only for as long as needed to display them in your dashboard, and are deleted in accordance with each platform's data retention requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@nextclip.pro.
OAuth access tokens for connected social media accounts are deleted immediately upon disconnection of those accounts from within NextClip.
